Sessions are held online and in person. 

If you have a diagnosis that warrants a higher level of care from a psychiatrist and/or for medication management for disorders such as psychotic disorders, self-harm or suicidal/homicidal ideation/plan, I will provide you with an appropriate referral. The facility does not have a psychiatrist on staff and does not have an IOP level of care.

How to Establish Care

 

  • To start, you'll need to create a free account. Please provide the following information:

    • Full Name (of the client)

    • Date of Birth (of the client)

    • Guardian's Full Name (if applicable)

    • Guardian's Cell Phone Number (if applicable)

    • Client or Guardian's Email Address

  • The best way to establish care and communicate with me is through email. Please email me at Yvettedehn@lambert-dehnchristiancounseling.com with the above information.

  • Once I receive your information, I will send you a link to create your account. The new intake paperwork will be waiting for you to complete in your account.

  • Log in to your account and complete all necessary paperwork.

  • After completing the paperwork, you can request an appointment. I offer morning, afternoon, evening and weekend availability to accommodate your schedule.

  • Your care will be established once you attend your scheduled appointment.
